My husband and I are in a very tough spot right now. We have a new daughter and lots of medical bills, and a lost job. I’m needing to cut back as much as possible. I’ve already consolidated my internet and home phone, but now I’m needing to cut back on cell and Direct TV.
We currently have ATT and we each have a 3g iphone. I was wanting to cancel this service and get a go phone or pay as you go. It is $175 each to cancel this service. I was curious if we could cancel now and just pay monthly until it’s paid off. Also curious about my Direct TV bill. This is also under contract, but I’m debating on just downgrading the plan instead of disconnecting.
