For REAL students of the USMLE…Experience and just plain reading and applying urself helps u PASS the exam…yeah..Goljian, NBME banks, UW,AND PASS program are great for the boards. I know I earned a 266 now it is time to for all of U to do the same..do not listen to anyone BUT Goljian and Francis. KAplan early tho….

click and move unfortunately is one of the most ridiuclous things i have ever heard.”look for the clue then click and move” are you kidding?the clues are DISTRACTORS!you will fail for SURE if you click and move!example:you have a patient that comes after eating refried chinese rice and comes in with a bloody diarrhea.what is the organism?what is the “clue”.refried rice?so are you going to choose B.cereus..guess what..you would be WRONG!!..B. cereus does not cause bloody diarrhea..case in point!
